| How can I pay? You can pay by cheque, or with your credit or debit card. We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Solo and JCB credit and debit cards. Fill out the form on the order page, or post your order to The Ripples.co.uk Network at: 1 Old Bear Court, North Walsham, Norfolk. NR28 9DL. Make all cheques payable to "Ripples". Please do not forget VAT @ 20%. Credit card orders can also be posted to The Ripples.co.uk Network. If paying by cheque please allow 5 working days for clearance. Can I get parts or an instruction manual for my old microwave oven? We don't supply parts or manuals at The Ripples.co.uk Network, but if you click here you'll find the names and addresses of companies who will be able to help you. How much is delivery? Delivery is free to anywhere on the UK mainland. If you live somewhere a little less accessible just telephone or email us and we'll let you know if there is any charge. I live outside the UK. Can I still buy from you? No; unfortunately we're unable to supply microwaves outside the UK. As they are such bulky items, the cost of carriage makes it impractical. |
